Support Project – November 2011 Sydney

Dear Fellow BOICE

We are at the 2/3 mark of October! That means, November is knocking on your door!

We have liaised with the concert organizer and they will help us in arranging the handover.

Given our group is only small AND GROWING, we have decided to do a smaller size of support project, it will be mainly gifts based. But we welcome all ideas!!!

Our budget is to achieve $800

1. 10 CDs of local Australian Bands
2. 5 DVDs of local Australian Bands’ Concerts
3. Engraved pens
4. Personalized notebook
5. Origin-A Propolis Fresh Breath Spray (good for throat) 
6. Uggies (not included in the budget above, and ONLY IF WE HAVE SPARE FUNDS!!!!)

What we need you to do –

As November is approaching, and Bluestorm has successfully kicked off in Seoul, we are now in the process of organising official merchandise.

To reduce complications and just focus on the concert, we will be getting

• blish ver.1   8,000 won $10

• deskmat   8,000 won $10
• t-shirt   18,000 won (Bluestorm) $22

The prices in won are the listed by the FNC store. The one in dollars will be what you are paying. We are trying to estimate the best we can and any excess will be used to cover the boys gifts in November. We need enough to cover the shipping, and as you know, we are DOWN UNDER, shipping is not going to be cheap! 😦

PS. Distribution will be at the Sydney Concert.

[PURCHASE] J-album 392 and In My Head

We are organizing bulk CD purchase for 392 and In My Head – Limited Edition.

The CDs will go to each city’s ambies and a time will be organised for pick up.

The prices for the two album is around (at today’s estimated exchange rate, including shipping, and $2 donation for gifts to our boys in November): –

We aim to run this at full disclosure. We will need more contributions to our gift fund after we announce our support project next month. At the end of the year, we will email out a report to BOICEs summarizing the use of funds. It is at your discretion whether or not to buy the CDs and merchandise through us, and donate to gift funds.

[UPDATE] 2011 K-Pop Music Festival in Sydney.

CNBLUE will be one of the performing artists. Tickets will be released on 1 September 2011 via Ticketek. Ticket prices and seating arrangement are yet to be released. source: http://www.jkent.com.au/kpop2011/

At this stage, we are not in the process or arranging group seats with the uncertainties in seating arrangement and preferences. We shall keep you posted.
